media.net is not good for indian traffic

Media.net, the Yahoo-Bing advertising network that boasts as being the best Adsense alternative, is absolutely not good for Indian (or generally Asian) or African traffic. This has been proven by the many Indian based websites and blogs that were carried away by the pleasant odour of this network when it just arrived.

Basically, Media.net has nearly all it's advertisers based in the US, Canada and Europe and most of these advertisers tend to target only traffic from those regions. Unlike Google Adsense, Media.net has no worldwide coverage.

Even if I haven't tried them myself (I guess I should), the many live screenshots and videos I have seen and watched, of Indian publishers who were disappointed, have to a great extent convinced me that Media.net can only make it to the tenth spot of our Top ten PPC ad Networks with networks like Vibrant Media, known for its high CTR ads, making it comfortably to the 3rd spot.

After approval, which takes Upto 1 week, you can start enjoying their decent CPM (RPM) rates of averagely 1.00 and CPC of 0.05. Hey, your earnings may be low in the first few days and the first thousands of views may not convent. But within a few days, you will be just an inch from the 100 dollars minimum payout via Paypal or Wire.

To publishers with Asian and African primary traffic, there are numerous choices, but Media.net ad network may not just work for your site (it will not work I mean - a lot of impressions but no conversions)
